Our adult Sunday School classes are designed to help adults apply the truths of the Bible to their lives, connecting God's story with our stories. They also provide a place for folks to gather in small groups and share life together. Most of our classes meet at 9:10 and 10:30 am, and we have two that meet at 8:00 am.
Dinner is served from 5:15 to 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. After dinner, there is a large-group interactive Bible study in the Fellowship Hall for all adults from 6:00 to 6:30 pm, followed by ongoing and short-term discipleship small groups from 6:30-7:15 pm.
As needs and opportunities for ministry arise, our church forms teams to address those needs and opportunities. We encourage church members (and anyone else interested!) to serve on any of these ministry teams for which they have been gifted. Teams are clustered around five broad categories related to the church's mission: worship, missions, spiritual growth, fellowship, and ministry.
Another way church members participate in the ministry of the church is by serving on the various committees. Often behind the scenes, people who serve on committees keep the life of the church healthy, focused, and running smoothly.
On a monthly basis, we offer the following support groups.
Divorce Recovery Support Group

College and Young Adults
Even though Earle Street is a traditional church, we have a vibrant group of young adults. They bring a rich diversity of ideas, insights, and life experiences to our church family. We have active Sunday School classes that are the foundation of our ministry and, in the summer, our college students and young adults gather in homes on Wednesday nights for Bible study and fellowship.
We have a variety of resources available to help married couples enhance their relationships by becoming closer to each other and to God. Learn more about these resources – including books, devotions, counseling, small group studies, and weekend retreats – by clicking the link below.
Senior adults are a valued and vibrant part of the life and ministry of Earle Street. On the fourth Tuesday of each month, senior adults are invited to experience eXtra Years of Zest (XYZ). We gather at 11:00 am in the Fellowship Hall for a catered lunch and a program, ranging from informative to entertaining to both! This active group of senior adults also plans day trips and fun outings.
Singles of all ages are involved in many ways at Earle Street and participate in all aspects of the missions and ministries of our church. We gather regularly for Sunday lunches at local restaurants, along with other events, such as retreats and trips, to deepen both fellowship and discipleship. We also have a variety of Sunday School classes that include single adults of all ages, and short-term Wednesday evening Bible studies throughout the year.
